Benefit
When you cast a spell that summons one or more creatures noted as an inhabitant of Lamannia (see page 97 of the EBERRON Campaign Setting), you can spontaneously apply the effect of the Extend Spell metamagic feat to that spell. Doing this has no effect on the spell's level or casting time.
